Notes for Francis Simeon BASS

He is believed to have served in Stockdale's Battalion of the 4th
Mississippi Calvary, CSA. It is also believed he married Rhoda Warner in
Covington, Co., MS and settled in Copiah Co., MS.
After the Civil War, the family is reported to have moved to Arkansas,
however it is without proof so far.
