Notes for Rubin Lawson AUTRY, SR

This was a union of 4th cousins according to daughter Minnie
Autrey's letter to Clara Bell. Also Minnie Autrey states that her father
Rubin was the youngest of the children. His date of birth may also have
been as late as 1838 as it was reported that he was about 8 years old
when his father died.
Company "F", 37th Mississippi Inf. C.S.A.
There is some question as to which of the two wives of Adam Autry
was Rubins' mother. He was from Talledega, AL.
