Notes for Ruth Ann HANNA

Ruth Ann Hanna was born in University Hospital, Augusta, GA; but, she
grew up in Gifford, SC. She graduated from Converse College and taught
music. After marriage, she lived in Fairfax, SC. She married Miller
Ernest Loadholt about 1948 in the Lawtonville Baptist Church in Estill,
SC. This church celebrated their 200th anniversary one year before the
biennial celebration of the United States. All of the children of Edward
Henry Hanna, I. and Ruth Julliette Bishop were very active in the music
program and other activities of this church.
