"A grave side service will be conducted at 2 pm Tuesday in Shafter for
Encell Chinnis, 82 of Riverbank who died Friday in a local rest home
after a lengthy illness.
Franklin and Downs McHenry Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves one child, Nell Garrison of Bakersfield; a sister Fay Taylor of
Modesto; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren."
