This Bass family lived near Columbia, Mississippi in 1860, according to
the census of Marion Co., MS 1860.
Annanias Bass deed to James Atkison for $150, 60 bushels of corn, 500
lbs of pork, 40 lbs of lard, 1 sack of fodder, 2 cows and calves, 1
clock, stock of hogs, 60 bushels of potatoes, bed furniture, stock of
poultry, farming utensils Bay mare, Dated 12/21/1840. Wit. Jeremiah Bass
