Rose Victoria (LaBorde) Guillory had by-pass surgery about 1985.
Like sister Alice, she was named for Rosalie Ducote, sister of Victoria
Ducote LaBorde, her grandmother.

Services for Rose Guillory will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 23, 2004
in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Moreauville with Msgr. John Timmermans
officiating. Burial will be in Plaucheville under the direction of
Escude Funeral Home, Moreauville.

Mrs. Guillory was preceded in death by her husband, William Guillory;
daughter, Barbara Jean; parents, Shelton and Nettie Laborde; four
sisters; and two brothers.

Survivors include eight children, Raymond Guillory of Euless, Texas,
Juanita Ducote of Marrero, Willard Guillory of Mansura, Earline
Thibodeaux of Dupont, Rosie Kidder of Baton Rouge, Barbara Chelette of
Marksville, Sandra Aymond of Baton Rouge and William "Billy" Guillory of
Marrero; 32 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and 10
great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dwayne and Bradley Ducote, Carl, Brett and Tony
Guillory, Michael Aymond, Sterling Kidder, Scott Chelette and Chad
Gonzales.

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 22, 2004 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.
at Escude Funeral Home, Moreauville and Friday from 8 a.m. until service
time at the church.

A Rosary service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
