Notes for Watson Simmons EADDY


Watson Simmons Eaddy learned to fly in the 1920's and during WWII, he was
an aviation instructor for the Army Air Corps. At the end of the war, he
was the manager of Southern Airways in Birmingham, AL. Afterwards, he
managed Southern Airways in Charlotte, NC. He then moved to
Johnsonville, SC and later to Summerton where he was a banker with Bank
of Summerton (now NBSC), until his death on May 3, 1968, in Summerton, SC.
