WILL OF FRANCES STONE

Marion District )
In the name of God Amen. Know all men by these
presents that
I Frances Stone. of the State and District aforesaid being of sound mind
memory and understanding do hereby make this my last will and Testament
here-
by revoking and annuling all other Wills and Testament by me at any time
heretofore made. or. Excuted and declaring this to be my said last Will
and
Testament.
Imprimis. It is my will and desire that my Executors hereinafter named
do pay
off and discharge all my Just debts out of the property which I may leave
at
my death
Item. I give. and bequeath unto my Son William H Stone the sum of Five..
dollars.to be paid him by my Executors after my death
Item I. give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Altman wife of. Jno
Altman
the sum of five dollars to be paid as aforesaid
3 Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Celia Persons.wife. of
Jo_seh
G Persons. the sum of Five Dollars to be. paid as aforesaid
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Johnson wife. of
William
J Johnson. the sum of Five dollars to be paid as aforesaid
Item I give and bequeath unto Lena Hyman wife of Camns(?) Hyman the use
of Three
hundred Dollars. during her natural life. and after her death to be
divided
between her children. and appoint Leonard Stone a Trustee to/thisx said
Gift The
said Leonard Stone to Keep the/saidx money for the use. and benefit
of/my/ Said
daughter during her life. and divide the same or what may be left thereof
among her surviving children. in fee at her death
Item I give and bequeath unto my son Leonard Stone all the rest and
residue
of my Estate (after the payment of the legacies above mentioned;both real
and
personal of what Kind soever it may be to him the said Leonard Stone and
his
heirs and afsigns. forever.
Lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my son Leonard Stone and my friend
Rector McNeill Executors to this my last Will.and Testament In testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty second day of
Dec-
ember. in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty eight
